You can open a Flash file(.swf) with
1. Adobe Flash Payer http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP
2. IE or other browsers: Right-click the SWF file, click "Open with", then choose IE or other browser you use in your computer to open the SWF file. If your computer safety level settings are higher, the computer may ask you if the file is allowed to run, it would work after you choose ALLOW.(At least my computer works in this way.)
3. Other ways: Of course, you can use other software like SWF opener http://www.browsertools.net/SWF-Opener/. A friend told me that Flash file can even be opened in Windows Media Player. But it doesn't work in my computer. So I do not guarantee it can work in your computer in this way.
